Define Other Personal Objectives

Start & Track the Process

Know Where to Improve
It is important that students review progress regularly toward their plan. The sooner they can identify under performance the sooner they can adjust. Review peer leaderboards, know what top performers are doing, and emulate their behavior.
Be Inspired & Motivated
Planning Creates Confidence
Goals without a plan are just dreams. Seeing a clear path to landing their dream job inspires new levels of performance.
Friendly Competition Inspires Action
We all can't be our only source of motivation. Being able to see the activities and results of peers provides extra drive to do more.
Mind your Motivation
As students move towards achieving their goals, it's always a good idea to remember their underlying motivation. Remembering their "why" will provide the motivation to keep going.
